1- As Deputy Project Manager, responsible for Co-ordination with Client, Consultants, Management and Sub-contractor.
2- Planning and Programming of Site Works, Daily, Weekly, Monthly Progress,
3- Plan as per Target Material, Machinery and Manpower Requirements.
4- Ensuring the Safety and Quality at Site.
5- Monitoring and controlling the work Progress.
6- Supervise Ongoing O&M Activities & Carry Out Inspection, Monitor Implementation of Safety Plan.
7- Co-ordination and Supervision with Sub-contractor for Maintain Work Progress with Quality.
8- Responsible for Site Productivity & Planning of day-to-day activities, as matching in line with monthly targets.
9- Responsible for undertaking routine/periodic inspection of Project Highway and supervision of construction & maintenance of existing roads & CD works.
10- Checking of alignment, checking of cross slope & grade RLs in accordance with the drawings & specifications.
11- Conducting testing of highway materials and maintaining the daily & monthly progress report, checking setting out.
