• Held up in charge of all highway work.
• Preparation of Embankments Sub grade and GSB layers as per Designed grade and level.
• Laying of WMM with Mechanical/sensor paver, conducting field density tests and getting their approvals from consultants.
• Laying of DBM and BC with sensor paver as per design grade and level.
• Study of Drawings and specifications and their implementations.
• Controlling all workmen/labours reg. their assignments and efficiency.
• Guiding and assisting sub-ordinates in technical execution part and implementation of any change as instructed by superiors.
• Co-ordinate with lab people for sampling and testing of materials and field tests
• Monitoring the Progress of work of the Concessionaire using Project Management tools based on work programme submitted by them.
