Organizing toolbox meetings and HSE induction training for Supervisor and Workmen
at site.
● Advising employers / employees on safe & healthy work practices & health / safety
management systems.
● Inspecting machinery, equipment and workplaces & ensuring suitable protective
equipment, such as hearing protection, dust pollution protection, PPE are provided and
is being used correctly.
● Random Site Safety Inspection
● Internal Audits for- PEP’s, Electrical.
● Safety Trainings to Workforce.
● Maintenance and procurement of first aid.
● Updating all documents like Monthly safety report, training and inspection report and
all safety related data.
● Conduct & maintain a log of fire extinguisher inspection to review & evaluate safety
reports.
● Monitor all areas for safety violation & hazards.
Follows and maintain Work permit system, LOTO system implementation.
● Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment in workplace.
● Inspect electrical for proper grounding.
● Conducting and participating in Emergency Mock Drills on Confined space
entry & Safe
● Evacuation of Workplace, Work at height Rescue, firefighting and First Aid
● Maintain and keep record of rigging & lifting equipment on site.
