Position -Document Controller/Office Manager
I. Managing and leading document control team and implement document control system.
II. Managing and controlling of documents such as submissions, letter drafting & finalization and specification, distributing as per set communication protocol to team membe, client and general contractor as well as subcontracto and othe.
III. Ensuring that the latest revisions are administered and distributed promptly.
Ensuring that all Correspondences are referenced and logs/registered/numbering/filing are updated.
IV. Coordinating and controlling of RFI, NCR and submittals such as drawings and material.
V. Assisting the team in preparing various reports such as DPR, WPR, MPR, Presentations, MOM,RFI/RFA.
VI. Hyperlinks of all correspondences in electronic mode for easy tracking.
VII. Assisting in managing the process of handing over of information, O&M manuals, H&S files, As-built and other types of document..
