As a mechanical engineer I implement preventative maintenance program. Support HOD in monitoring & establishing the PMS on Project Sites. Keep all Equipment in good working order for operation. Requirements of spares & consumable in time to avoid any shutdown,planning quarterly PMS spares and consumables, verifying the spares received after indent to give an acceptance for GRN. Ensure preventive maintenance records and records of overhaul of equipments are properly,preparing and identifying the schedule of maintenance as per OEM recommendations for the equipments deployed in line. Monitoring the lube oil utilised and retrieved during operations & maintenance, ensuring correct accounting of used oil/ waste oil. Creating,closing of breakdown notification, Raising Purchase Requisition, responsible for Schedule maintenance of equipments as per Asap within S/4 Hana 1610.
