Calibration of all the equipment being used in the Quality control laboratory. Calibration of Batching Plant and WMM Plant & HM Plant Calibration of all the equipment being used in the Quality control laboratory Maintaining the Quality of concrete (Manual Mix, Machine Mix, RMC). All above Q.C tests related with as per project specification and IS codes. Detailed check of the dimensions and Reinforcement as per the plan. Undetanding the situation (issues) in site and providing them a suitable solution. RECORD MAINTANENCE Preparation of all the formats related to the lab tests and field tests as per ISO Standards. Maintenance of all lab test records at a glance. Preparation of Monthly progress reports related to the lab tests. Getting approval for Material sources . Co-Ordinate with the Consultant Engineer?s and Clients.
