1) General Inspection of NATM activities i.e. Rock Bolts, Lattice girder, Fore poling, Primary and Secondary lining including water proofing and Cross passage. 2) General Inspection of quality ring building in Downline and Up line tunnel Tunnel (Surya TBM 1 and Surya TBM 2). 3) Inspecting day-to-day civil works in Underground Tunnel as per the approved MST complying with all quality and safety requirement . 4) Reviewing the contractor?s proposals like Vendor Approval, Method Statements etc. and preparing Document submission reports (DSR) ? Comment sheet with the help of Supporting documents. 5) Prepare and Submission of Non-routine Quality Audit Report for Passport of Ring. 6) Prepare and Submission of Quarterly Audit Report . 7) Drafting and Issuing CSR (Contractor Surveillance Report ) Lette after Site Inspection. 8) Preparation of Bills (Client & Contractor) 9) Attend Bi-Weekly meetings Tunnel and Stations. 10) Preparing Monthly progress reports..
