    Excavation of 1.5 km D-Shape tunnel and pocket. Permanent support rock supportis in the form of rockbolt, (self-drilling anchors, Swellex bolts), wire mesh and shotcreting in 3 layers.  Water proofing of tunnel has done by using PVC membrane, dimple drainage board, grouting technique like PU chemical grouting, contact and consolidation grouting etc.  Overt concrete is SELF COMPACTING type concrete. The form work for lining is hydraulically controlled movable gantry. Job Profile: - Involves execution of tunnel excavation with Conventional Method, installation of ISMB Ribs, Installation of rock anchors (SN, Swellex and SDA), PU waterproofing grouting and PVC waterproofing membrane, dimple drainage board, execution of invert activities like Installation of invert ribs, rock anchors, consolidation grouting, Tunnel lining worksetc
