Responsible for providing construction supervision services of the civil and structural aspects of the project
to ensure that the design documentation is safely and accurately implemented on site. Monitoring of Planning and Execution of Station & NATM, TBM Tunnel activities ensuring Safety &
Quality.
Excavation of launching shaft, cross passage construction (NATM), cut and covers method. Monitoring of the Rock Control blasting operation. Check for measurement for quantity/stage payment Conducting regular Site Visits for complete UGC 01 package of 3.4Km including 4 nos stations and a
launching shaft and preparing reports on daily & weekly basis. Monitoring progress of work according to contract schedule and inform to C.R.E., S.R.E. To inspect & supervise all parts of structural work, record the discrepancies observed and report to R.E., Making note regarding site problems and forward to R.E. / P.M. Maintaining RFIs & raising Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) towards poor workmanship, deviations from
drawings & for safety issues. Make sure the works carried out as per the approved drawings and method statement. Recording and reporting any deviation observed in working & shop drawings to the design team. Prepare Site Instructions, NCR & CSR Reports related to safety, Quality, Utility etc Attending Bi-weekly meetings with the client (MMRCL), contractor (L&T/STEC) and prepare meeting
minutes. Review of Contractors Method Statements and Contractor's proposals and preparing comments sheet for
construction method statement of station work. Inspection of various substructure elements related to underground station consisting of Secant piling, Capping beam, Base slab, RCC wall, Concourse slab, Car parking/Mezzanine slab, Roof Slab etc. Certify the contractors monthly bill Interim Payment Certificate (IPC) Preparing various Presentations and Monthly progress report Review of Monthly progress report (MPR), Detail Work Program (DWP), 3 week rolling program and 3
Month rolling program with the help of contract document. Monitoring and inspections all utility related activities such as diversions, shifting, co-ordination with
agencies, contractor and client also providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction &
coordination with site management activities. Responsible for monitoring, inspecting, and billing of all type of underground and surface utilities
diversion for complete UGC 01 package of 3.4Km including 4 stations and a launching shaft. Review the Utility diversion proposal submitted by contractor and referring to contract documents, take
preliminary decision and inform too superior. Witness Contractor Method Statements and Contractor's proposals & giving approval of uncharted Utility
diversion plan & Providing assistance for design modifications due to underground utiliti
