• Conducting on daily basis TBT at site before starting of any activity start.
• Providing training to the workers for awareness of work Hazards.
• Conducting weekly and Monthly meeting to ensure work without incident
• Supervision with regards Health and Safety Environment, Monitoring and
ensuring that the activities are being performed with the acceptable with
safety norms
• Prepare weekly and monthly HSE report & checklist and submitted them to client.
• Monthly inspection of all power tools, lifting tools, electrical equipment’s &
vehicles as per safety norms.
• Prepare Risk Assessment of activity before starting of task.
• Maintaining register for observation of good practice and improper work activity.
• Submitting every month safe working hours to client.
• Conducting motivational programs for worker and awarded them every month.
• Efficiently deals with client.
• Rectifying all points raised by client in field inspection report and
submit the relevant activity with photos.
