& Under Ground Surge Shaft, with the method of drilling, blasting, mucking,
shotcreting. Providing support systems like pipe roofing, rock bolts, fore poling,
Drainage holes, ribs
According to rock class and according to geological studies.
Preparation of actual tunnel support system ATTS.
Blast monitoring to minimize the over break and optimize the blast with less
specific charge and powder factor
Maintain a record of execution work as per drawing
Micro planning and scheduling of job, material, manpower and machinery.
Coordination of various contractors for the completion of works
Probing and lagging for exploration to the next blast.
estimation of all protective measures for the crown and loose fall from the face,
(provision of pull length, full face, heading/Benching-Ballast, fore polling, pipe roofing
(76 to 114 mm if required)
Act as the main technical adviser on a construction site for sub-contractors,
craftspeople, and operatives.
Ensure that all the materials used and work performed are in accordance with the
specifications.
Communicate with clients and their representatives (Engineers, Surveyors), including
attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress
Day to day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site
manpower, machinery /equipments and material
Plan the work and efficiently organize the plant and site facilities in order to meet
agreed deadlines
Oversee quality control and health as well safety matters on site
Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise
