o layout of bridges, wing wall, retaing wall as par drawing. (GAD) o Given bar bending schedule (RUB, MINOR BRIDGES, TUNNEL,CUT & COVER etc) as par railway drawings.(BBS) o Record of measurement of work done (for preparing bill). o Supervising and execute all works according to the specification, departmental procedures and the rules, instructions etc. o Checked the laboratory test from the materials i,e. Sand, Aggregate ,Cement,Cube etc. o Prepare Bar chart and work progress report. o Prepare RA Bill. In Tunnel : o Prepare Bar chart and work program report. o Record all measurement of work done in tunnel. (for preparing bill) o Supervising and execute all works according to the specification, departmental procedures and the rules, instructions etc. o Supervise & checked laboratory test for the materials i,e. o Sand,Aggregate ,Cement, Cube etc. o Prepare Bill o Coordinating with Independent Engineer, Railway on behalf of company and representing the company at various forums. o Arranging Labour contractors for the various works. o Prepare Labour contractors bill for the various works. o Optimal utilization of machinery & manpower. o Teamworking and communication skills. o Acting as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, crafts people and operatives. o Developing safe systems of work and method statements. o Monitoring and control budget. o Ensuring that work carried out is in accordance with the specification. o Attending regular progress meeting. o Carring out day to day management of site. o Overseeing quality control, health and safety on site. o Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties. o Overseeing the use of specialist tunnel machines and planning way to minimize the impact on the environment.
