Tunnel Excavation ,Shotcrete, Rock
Bolting and grouting, Kerb ,Drainage line, Waterproofing and
Permanent overt lining work by Gantry.
Supervision of Tunnel No- T-77D and T-77A (Length-2660 Mtr) by New
Austrian Tunnelling Method (NATM) in USBRL Rail Link Project.
Involved in all tunnel activities drill and blast , primary support system like
shotcrete (plain and fibre) wire mesh, rock bolts and its grouting for rock
strengthening ,permanent concrete lining and grouting for controlling
ground water.
To ensure that the work is being carried out in accordance with the
specification, approved method statements and approved construction
drawings.
Monitoring of tunnel kerb, tunnel lining and mix design related to lining
concrete including witnessing various quality control tests performed at
laboratory.
Review of permanent lining works and waterproofing in tunnels.
Inspection of reinforcement, Geotextile and installation of PVC membrane
as per the method statement prior to casting of permanent concrete lining.
Verification of contractor’s running account bills and site measurements
