 Operation and Maintenance of Plant and machinery,  To supervise the preventive and predictive maintenance of equipment, Implement the plant maintenance schedule to minimize the Break down time as per OEM recommendation and based on our experience.  Monitor Fuel and Lubricants consumption regularly and take necessary action if any abnormality is found.  To provide the plant & equipment available as per the requirement of Project In-charge/SIC to meet the target.  Monitor the performance of plant & equipment and improve upon it.  Making people aware about IMS and safe working culture.  Maintain & Monitoring of spares, spare cost & repair as per budgeted norms  To ensure Mobilization Erection & Commissioning of plant and Machine as per project plan.  Maximum availability, correct utilization, and timely maintenance of Plant & Machinery to maximize the production.  Monitor Transportation of RBM, excavated boulder & Aggregate Production, maintain the quality of aggregate regularly and take necessary action if any abnormality is found  Monitor Transportation of aggregate & consumption regularly and take necessary action if any abnormality is found.  To maintain records of equipment productivity, Operating cost, maintenance cost, spares availability and equipment performance in line with ISO standards.  Sending all reports to the Head Equipment’s Dept. as per IMS System.  To ensure De-mobilization of plant and equipment with in schedule.
