Taking care of all work-related excavation like drilling, blasting, primary and final support of tunnel faces.
Checking quality of Shotcrete, concrete, Inspection and checking of fixing wire mesh, Application of Shotcrete, Rock Bolt testing like SDA Bolt, SN Bolt, &Swelex bolt etc
Conducting Tool Box Talk (TBT) on health, safety and environmental in risk assessment.
Monitoring of convergence & displacement in tunnels by Extensometer (EncardioRITE) and by means of optical targets.
Supervision an execution of Tunnel related activities like Lattice girder erecting, Wire mesh fixing, Installation of SN, SDA bolts, Drilling blasting operation concrete lining etc.

Manpower & Machinery Management for NATM Tunnel
Material Management for work (Steel Rib, Rock bolts-SN, SWX, SDA & Pipe Roofing, Fore Polling)
Client Coordination regarding to progress.
Proper Monitoring of Equipment & Machinery
Discuss about the planning with planning dept and survey dept.
Taking care of Head Raise Tunnel Excavation, Balancing Reservoir, and Valve
Chamber.
Detailed Study of B.O.Q, Technical Specifications and incorporating the various factors like Underground Excavation, Rock bolting and other details.
Reconciliation of material.
Sub-contractor correspondence & sub-contractor reconciliation
Regular Contractual Correspondence with Clients.
Maintaining a proper record of Salient features of the Daily progress Reports, Contract equipment Details and their bills.
Other correspondence with client
