Planning and Mobilization of manpower machinery and survey team for day to day excavation and completion of total support system as per NATM standards (Drilling & Blasting, Lattice girder erection, installation of wire mesh, Shotcrete, Rock bolts and grouting, Geo textile fixing, waterproofing membrane fixing, lining)  Supervision of Underground Excavation by making Blasting Patterns, usage of explosives etc.  Client interaction and site approvals.  Manage and oversee all aspects of the study, design and specification of requirements for the proj ect, including design briefs and design drawings.  Review plans, designs, specifications and drawings as well as provide direction, advice for project implementation.  Monitoring the quality of tunnel support systems and preparing the record of Pull out tests of Roc k Bolts viz SDA, Swellex, SN Bolts and Steel ribs, lattices girder.  Site execution & management, handling the day to day report.  Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc. and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required.  Monitor progress and compile reports in project status.  Performing quality control checks on all systems and products.  Site Management including material & manpower management.  Supervision of day to day operations of the site work Key result Areas.  Review of documentation work such as daily shift report, RFI & checklist of activities.
