Supervision & controlling of day-to-day activities of Tunnel excavation & slope stabilization is performing as
per GFC & standards of CA and preparing documents for the same [ATSS, Pour Cards, checklists for various activities
(like rock bolts, wire-mesh, lattice girder, shotcrete & pipe roof etc.), Cycle time reports, Shift report, delay reports.
2. To check and ensure the contact grouting works in Tunnel.
3. To check & ensure for reinforcement, formwork as per GFC & quality of concrete before starting any pouring.
4. Supervision of all works whether it is performing within the HSE norms.
4. To prepare comparison between planned time and actual time and give suitable solutions to contractor to
overcome such delays to achieve the deadline for the completion of project.
