Check Contract agreement, BOQ, specification, tender drawing, Scope of work and time schedule of project as per contractual
Agreement Include material requirement and to prepare resources chart.
Prepare the project/ construction schedule date wise, activity wise from start date till Finish date of given project. Include
planning of material & labour, resources. (Using Excel sheet/ MS project tools) and same to be approved.
Mobilization of project, layout, bar bending schedule, Concreting and allocation of project Etc.
Processing bills of vendors, liability statements and co-ordination with Stores & Accounts for time payment.
Follow the Schedule week wise, fortnightly, month wise and keep eye on budget allotted by stake older.
Monitor the work on daily basis, Check Quality, Safety of work. TBT, Preparation of daily Progress report,
Review of drawing like Architectural, structural, any ambiguity contacts to architect for any changes if any.
To ensure the smooth functioning of the project in terms of quality, time, cost.
Coordinate with MEP team other External agencies like HVAC, Firefighting Plumbing, for interior finishing,
