Ensuring effective Project & Site Management to ensure safe & timely execution of the projects.
Delegating in project review meetings for evaluating project progress & de-bottlenecking.
Material Planning, vendor development, procurement of materials & Equipments at cost effective prices
Ensuring suitable deployment of manpower & timely availability of manpower.
Preparation of tender documents, BOQ. Evaluation of bids for supply & erection, techno commercial discussion, finalization of contract & engagement of contractor for construction & procurement.
Preparation of Sub contract agreement, contract budget and ensure that same is not exceeded.
Settlement of all techno commercial disputes during execution of project.
Identify & develop vendor sources for achieving cost effective purchase of Equipments, accessories & timely
delivery so as to minimize project cost.
Site construction & management including coordination & monitoring with site assistance in erection & commissioning, PG Test Procedure, QAP, ITP of offsite & hookup piping, rotary & static equipment.
Develop Project Plans, Monitor & Control, execution, Trail run, commissioning & Handing over documents
Delay Analysis, Invoicing to match Cash flow & Preparation & settlement of additional claim of projects.
Preparation/Checking of Quantity & Cost Estimation for settlement of extra claim.
Preparation & projection of cash flow, Budget, CTC & Billing Schedule, financial planning & related reports.
Manage multi project schedule, multi project cost tracking, resource allocation considering budget parameter, and schedule risk management including identification, tracking and resolution.
Monitor contractors schedule, inter-phases among program schedule, report deviation and variation.
Review & monitoring of progress for identification of bottlenecks in engineering, supplies and construction as per schedule to establish time span of project execution as per client specifics.
Co-ordination, monitoring, interaction, attending review meeting & Regular techno commercial correspondence with client for project progress.
Co-ordination & interaction with Civil, Electrical department including review of drawing for construction.
Techno commercial negotiation & coordinating engineering purchases including issuance of enquiries, evaluation of offers, negotiation & finalization of Purchase / Work Orders of vendors / subcontractors.
Procurement planning, ordering for supply the materials to Project site in accordance with quality & quantity, verify & certify bills from vendors & reconciliation of issued materials.
Techno commercial negotiation & coordinating engineering purchases including issuance of enquiries, evaluation of offers, negotiation & finalization of Purchase / Work Orders of vendors / subcontractors.
