Preparation of Project Baseline Schedule in P6 / MSP, Tracking, Delay Analysis & Power BI  Cost Control measures through Budget, and tracking through Cash Flow, P&L Analysis, FTReport, Rate Analysis of Items, Estimates and Tendering.  Contract Management & Claim preparation for change in scope, extended stay duration periods etc.  Facilitate timely completion of Project through planning and monitoring.  Ensure timely purchases of major bought out items through effective planning.  Laydown of methodology for project execution and incorporate client-initiated changes.  Preparation and monitor prestart estimates, cost to complete and MIS reports.  Timely selection and development of cost-effective quality vendors.  Steering the monthly review meeting presided over by the management heads.  Planning of Critical Activities more crucial to project.  Liaison with Architects, Construction Managers, Project Managers and site team to ensure interface issues are identified and dealt with a timely manner.  Prepare proposed Logistic Plan in accordance with Project’s requirement.
