    Leading a team of 50+ Engineers and Supervisors for:  Setting up monthly and quarterly targets and Spearheading on-site construction & engineering activities to ensure completion of project within time & cost parameters with effective resource utilization; providing technical inputs, reviewing drawings and coordinating site management activities.  Monitoring the progress on daily basis with respect to the available work fronts.
