responsibilities as Project Quality Manager & North Quality coordinator.
Having effective coordination with PMC’s (M/s – Tata consulting engineer / M/s – Mace
International) & PMG team & contractor – M/s – Tata Project Ltd. to ensure the
implementation of QMS & to handover the project as per required quality standards.
Having Effective Communication 50 + stake holders (Consultants & all contractors including
MEP services) on all QMS fronts & compliances.
Finalization, approval & implementation of PQP (Project specific method statements and checklist
& ITP).
Finalization & scheduling of QEP (Quality Execution plan) with alignment of AEP (Annual
Engineering Plan), reviewing & monitoring the same as per right sequence of activities as per
project schedule.
