Planning & monitoring the, Preparation of Daily, Weekly & Monthly progress report, Preparation of Sub-contractor bill monthly, Analysis of rate for Sub-contractor, Preparation of next month’s program for client and internal, also listing with store dept. for material procurement, Co-ordination with client regarding certification of Client bills, contract related issue, Coordination with store to procure materials in proper time to support the execution team to complete their job timely, Reconciliation of Bulk materials, Consumables & other type of materials. Responsible as in charge of piling, large area excavation, compaction, concreting, rebar works, shuttering works for the structure and preparation of BBS. Execution of finishing Items like Finishing of AAC BLOCK WORK,POP, STUCO,Tilinig work, Painting work, Joinery work, Texture of paint, Gypsum finishing, glass mosaic stone and ACP finishing in all respect etc. Reporting to GM CONSTRUCTION.
