• Preparing the layout,sketch, Bar Chart, BOQ for various commercial cum Residential projects in consultation with Architects and Consultants
• Leading a team of engineers and specialists, providing them expert guidance in planning and execution of project activities
• Performing techno-commercial evaluations of each project and ascertaining its feasibility
• Monitoring the progress of each project and appraising about its progress on a regular basis to the higher officials
• Coordinating with contractors and site supervisors on a regular basis for smooth execution and completion of the projects
• Inducting suppliers and contractors, based on track record and quote, negotiating for favorable terms for procurement of materials
• Formulating inspection standards and control techniques to ensure that, all process, adhere to the set quality standards
