Overseeing and coordinating the day to day running of projects by assisting project managers and senior managers. Also involved in the Procurement, Tendering, Bidding, Stores, Quality Control, Updating and Monitoring of projects, Contractor billing and action plans. • Assisting and supporting the Project Manager in their daily duties. • Providing project related information support to senior Project Managers. • Monitoring of daily, weekly and monthly progress. • Preparation of Monthly cost budget, Cash Flow, CTC and others. • Responsible the material inspection & dispatch to our project site and then report to the senior project manager. • Preparation of documentation like BOM, Data Sheets, GTP etc. • Reporting to the senior project manager for any financial queries that are raised. • Sub-contractor management, billing, Material issue & reconciliation of contractors. • Communicating with project manager to report on project status. • Coordination with vendors regarding quotes and queries for materials and services. • Keeping in close contact with key project members and decision makers. • Meeting with clients regarding techno-commercial discussion for projects and also participating in finalization of the projects. • Project exposure of Core Electrical & Infra projects.
