Allocation of work and monitoring the same to the site engineers & Co-ordination between Staff at site & Management for Project execution.
Strict monitoring of work schedule and safety measures (activity wise) & Incoming material inspection and certifying the same for use.
Controlling material wastage to a minimum & General administration and discipline at site & Suggesting cost control measures.
Providing factual information to chairman sir relating to project status & Co-ordinate and report to chairman for day to day execution plans.
Leading the team of Engineers for better performance & Maintain and record site expenditures.
Co-ordinate with all related department for proper project implementation & activities related with Architects and Consultants.
Ensuring the quality norm are followed & records for the same are maintained & Discuss work schedule with Manager, clear doubts and implement work accordingly.
To plan day to day task accordingly & Supervise daily activities and ensure control of wastage's and quality work.
Ensure proper use of latest drawings.
