ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Driving E2E project execution including, planning, scoping, schedule monitoring, expediting the progress, supporting cost estimation, budget/resource monitoring, execution methodologies, project progress reporting till project closure
• Conducting cost benefit analysis of projects including feasibility studies and assessment of project requirements; monitored projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time overruns and quality compliance
• Freezing MEP requirements, planned material & resource requirements; held weekly meetings with clients, architects, sub-contractors; outlined work to be performed by subcontractors
• Participating in development of contracting strategies, contract framework and contract tender & award schedule and sub-contractor / contractor agreements
• Managing all site activities, performed site inspection/ quality control; implemented value engineering during various stages of projects; achieving cost & time benefits
• Setting-up & maintaining new Facility Infrastructure as per ISO standards; preparing & implementing emergency response and disaster recovery plans
• Ensuring optimum utilization of space preventative & upgrade maintenance of equipment; maximizing equipment uptime
• Performing activities of quality control of documents and validation of test reports; maintaining and retrieving data in and from spreadsheets; controlling distribution of documents to internal departments
