    • To conduct a weekly meeting with our staff for progress and next target. • To get approval from concern authority for all drawings/designs/decisions as well land accusation and attend meeting with consultant, client and local administration and convey massage/decision to site staff. • To finalize procurement for all construction material and equipment on that time. • To finalize monthly Running Bill by checking of all supporting drawing including Cement Register, Batch Slip, test report, MPR and RFI. • To make proposal for extra work/non BOQ item and getting it approval from concern authorities. • To make deviation statement and getting approval • To make progress report on monthly basis and make a comparative statement of target and actual work for providing data to head office. • To finalize the sub-contractor on the basis of best negotiated rate after self-analysis of all the item of work. • Responsible to make a better atmosphere at site/camp to build dedication for work and generate good bonding in all technical/non-technical staff. • To observe all site activity and staff activity and do needful corrections if any on daily basis. • To maintain the discipline at site and office/camp • To getting all approval for quality control before start that particular work.
