Charge for Complete Over Head Electrification(OHE), Power System Installation(PSI), Signaling & Telecommunication(S&T), Train Management System(TMS), General Electric, SCADA, and its associated Civil Works.
o Additionally, responsible for Automatic Signaling & Telecommunication works in Block Section and Yard.
o The overall responsibility is to interact with Client, overall execution of the work i.e. OHE, PSI, S&T, GE, SCADA and maintaining the cash flow.
o Identification & Finalization of dedicated vendors in OHE, PSI, S&T and Civil works.
o Co-ordination & Follow-up with Design team, Supply Chain Department & Client for in time Vendor finalization, Design submission/approval, Order finalization and Delivery of materials at project site.
o Preparation of Rate analysis & BOQ’s to finalize tenders to Sub-contractors.
o Preparation of method statements, flow charts, quality manuals, overall responsibility is to check all dimensions as per approved drawings, checking technical & financial feasibility of project,
o Attending Progress review meeting with Client and Interface meeting with various Contractors working in project.
o To maintain liaison with local and central senior railway officials and to obtain necessary approvals/rakes/pending invoices cleared/EIG Sanction/CRS Sanction.
o Installation, Testing & Commissioning of major 2x25kV OHE/PSI Systems -150 TKMs, RSS (220kV/132KV), TSS (132/2x25KV), 2x25kV Switching Stations (SSPs/SP), Auto Fault Locator(AFL),PFC, GE Works Station Buildings/ALH/LC Goomty & SCADA System (Traction & Non-Traction).
o Installation, Testing & Commissioning of major Signaling & Telecommunication Systems –Signaling Cable, Power Cable, Quad Cable, EI, IPS, Battery Bank, MSDAC, Signal Post, Point Machine, Earthing, Location Box, Service & Diagnostic System(S&D), Train Management System(TMS), LC Gate Interlocking with Indian Railway (EKT, Operating Panel, Lifting Barrier), OFC Network, SDH, PDH,48V DC Power Supply (SMPS& Battery Bank), VSS, Master Clock System (MCS), EPABX, Emergency Communication System, DNS & VHF etc.
o Depth knowledge in time procurement of major Electrical Systems for OHE, PSI, SCADA, E&M works-150 MVA Power Transfomer,100 MVA Scott Transformer, 12MVA /8 MVA Auto Transformer, CB, Isolator, CT, PT, LA, Battery Charger, Battery Bank, Auto Fault Locator (AFL), PFC System, 150 sqmm Contact Wire ,125/129 sqmm Catenary wire ,288 sqmm Feeder wire, 93.3 sqmm AEW, Steel Structures & SPS, Cantilever items, OHE Fittings & Fasteners etc.
o Depth knowledge in time procurement of major Signaling & Telecommunication items - Signaling Cables (Control, Power, Quad), EI, IPS with Battery, Track Vacancy Detection (MSDAC), Point Machine, Signal Post, Relays, Location Box, LC Gate materials (EKT, Operating Panel, Lifting Barrier), S&D System, TMS, OFC, SDH, PDH, SMPS with Battery Bank, VSS, MCS, EPABX, EC System, DNS, VHF etc.
o
Achievement: - Successfully run Loaded Electric Good Trains in 148 TKMs with 2x25kV OHE Power Supply taking line in Traction Sub-Station, SSPs/SP, SCADA System, Automatic Signal, Telecommunication & Proper Interlocking with IR in LC after receiving successful EIG/CRS sanction.
