As a site Engineer my responsibilities are to maintain worksheet for daily work undertaking technical and feasibility studies including site investigations. 1. Resolving design and development problems, managing budgets and project resources. 2. Scheduling material and equipment purchases and deliveries. 3. Making sure the project complies with legal requirements, especially health and safety. 4. Assessing the sustainability and environmental impact of projects. 5. Ensuring projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time. 6. Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities as per drawings of 7. Architect and undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance of project work. 8. Perform risk, value management and cost control, identify analyse and develop responses to commercial risks. 9. Prepare and analyse costing for tenders, allocate work to subcontractors, provide advice on contractual claims, analyse outcomes and write detailed progress reports. Value completed work and arrange payments. 10. Maintain awareness of the different building contracts. 11. Reviews and interpretation of architectural and structural drawings and specifications for all construction projects 12. Preparing progress reports and statements. 13. Approving construction materials.
