    To review the ongoing site works as per approved QA/QC plan and technical specification. • To check test report of the materials used for construction, quality control measures, Safety measures adopted at the time of construction in the field as per SOP. • Witness, provide advice and assistance on start-up, testing and commissioning and safety aspects as per scope of work. Review Test report of the materials used for construction. • Approve the quality inspection of work as per SOP through PC and FE and make necessary site visits as and when required for inspection. • Certifying the quality of work at least 20% of the physical and financial progress of executed works in the respected formats which executed by contractor through PC and FE. • Check and approved the quality control of Contractor’s executed works through TPIA Team and approve Joint Site Inspection Report documents before official submission to the PHED Division Office by TPIA team. • Submit the site inspection report and assist TL/CME in preparing fortnightly inspection report and other quality control reports. • Highlight all the quality related issue of construction to PHED Officials through TL at CME level or through PC at EE level for better performance of scheme without delay.
