v My responsibility started with the slogan “ Safety First” v Work start with proper QA/QC and ensure it on Site. v Recourse And material Planning at regular intervals and ensuring it time to time. v On Supervise the site ,taking site meeting and enthuses the contractor to work time. v Works with proper planning and time management through preparing planning sheets (weekly, monthly, complete project) v Preparing material requirement list and manage the project for its material preference work. v Preparing all the document related to work and filed it properly for future use (like, measurement sheet and check lists etc.). v Work within a team and time to time report to seniors. v Billing, Planning, Quantity Surveying, Cost Control etc. v Awareness of interior Design of House & flat. v Independent execution as per specification/drawings. v Knowledge of Site Supervision of Industrial Building. v Knowledge of HVAC v Knowledge of PEB Industrial Building. v Quality control, Safety Implications. v Exposures in RCC frame structure, steel structure, Mass Concreting, Towers. v Co-Ordination with consultant, Govt. authorities etc. v Incoming inspection of material. v In process quality problems. v Problem analysis on daily basis. v Knowledge of Fabrications and Erection of Industrial Building. v Knowledge of RCC structure, Retaining wall, U.G tank, and Foundations of Industrial Building
