• Start-to-End Process of Planning & procurement of items for production Packing and Raw materials • Start-to-End Process of Inventory Management and Control • Preparation and processing of requisitions and purchase orders. • Preparation of requests for quotation, analyzing and short listing quotation • Lead contract negotiations • Purchase order processing • Checking confirmations of order, delivery note and invoice control • Coordinating and following up of schedules, deadlines and delivery dates • Resolving vendor grievances, and claims against suppliers • Vendor Development / Sourcing & Vendor Evaluation & up gradation. Developing new suppliers and to evaluate existing suppliers, ABC Classification, Conducting Training, Feedback, • Cost reduction through development of alternate suppliers and alternate materials. • Planning and Budgeting for Purchase Function, Cost Estimation and Contract Negotiation • To develop and maintain good buyer-seller relationship. • Timely clearance of payments & handling vendor inquiries • MIS o Stock leisure on daily basis, stock valuation, monthly consumption statements. o Periodical listing of fast moving, slow moving, non-moving material.
