     Execute the project according to the project plan  Do the proper planning for manpower, machinery and material required for the assigned work.  Responsible for implementing QA system established on site.  Monitor the progress of the project and make necessary adjustments to ensure the successful completion of the project.  Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on regular basis and Give the weekly and daily target to supervisor and contractors who work under me and make surethey do as per planning to achieve the target.  Preparing BUDGET for project.  Preparing DPR at daily basis.  Arrange a meeting with architect and contractor in every week  Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget.  Ensuring proper monitoring through generating reports on the basis of site execution on daily basis and sending the same to H.O via email.  Follow up with contractor and vendor at regular basis for smooth progress.
