• Ensured execution and handover of high rise residential and commercial projects. Had Active role in initial mobilization for the project , ensuring all resources including materials and equipment's reached site to ensure smooth start of the project • Managing construction activities like providing technical inputs of methodologies of construction to all contractors engaged at site by toolbox talk & coordination with site management activities. • Handling all contractors (Main contractor, nominated subcontractor, Plumbing, MEP) at site, supervision of the whole civil job like foundation to super structure work, finishing work & final hand over of the project with all necessary coordination with all vendors on day-to-day basis at site. • Extended support for development of project schedules, master project budget and monitoring the same with respect to project cost and resource deployment • Checking the monthly work program schedule submitted by contractor prior to every month to compare it with approved MSP schedule, preparing monthly labour requirement at site, quantity achievement comparison between previous & current month to calculate back-log & preparing its mitigation plan. • Prepared daily/weekly/monthly progress reports and conducted weekly progress review meetings with civil team, contractors & consultant to identify bottlenecks/hold-points • Coordinate with In-house planning team & consultant regarding drawing issue, deviation etc. • Supervision, checking & coordination of plumbing works at site & certification of respective measurement. • Handover of flats after closing of all non-conformity issues in different stages like Stage1 to Stage 4 stages. • Checking & measurement certification of all contractor bill, quantity certification for extra items, preparation of variation orders, preparing BBS, material reconciliation of all free issue material at site. • Maintaining & checking of all quality checklist involved in all construction stages. Strict adherence to our quality processes in terms of FQP, ITP etc. with all approved method statements at site. • Taking preventative measures like weekly quality walks & closure of respective observation, closure of safety observation, maintaining necessary records and documentation to comply with statutory ISO quality norms
