 Managed the execution of Sub-station#1 & Pump House Building, Pipe Conveyor Foundations (4.5 km long) and Retaining Wall (22 mtr height) which is very critical RCC structure.  Increase the productivity by optimum use of all resources. Planning done for proper utilization of manpower & equipments as per daily basis.  Achieved 1.26 Lakhs safe man hours without any LTI by creating a safe environment for construction workers and they take proper safety measures in all my civil activities. They must have full knowledge about safety and security methods of construction equipment and materials to reduce the risk of accidents.  Maintained good relationship with Client. Powerful Client relationships are essential to business success. Just like personal relationships, it’s important to cultivate and nurture customer relationships. When organizations develop strong relationships with their customers, it can lead to loyal clients, positive word of mouth and increased sales. Customer satisfaction is an important factor in the development of the construction process and customer relationship. As we face-increasing competition every day, greater attention continues to be placed on client relationships and satisfied customers.
