     Preparation and management of project quality plan for Engineering, Procurement and site construction activities.  Familiar with the material, filler metal and welding electrodes inspection as per standards like ASTM, ASME, AWS.  Qualification of welders as per ASME Section IX.  Inspection of incoming materials by PMI and physical verification.  Ensuring QA/QC as per specification and standard.  Testing the samples as per approved QAP.  Surveillance during work at site.  Inspection of Fit up as per drawing & WPS for correctness of materials, dimensional accuracy and joint design(root gap, root face, bevel angle, cleaning of weld zone, proper support and arrengement for distortion control etc.)  Preparation of daily inspection reports & take sign. by client.  Witness of NDT such as RT & DPT as per ASME Section V.  Interpretation of RT films and overall inspection as per requirement and report to client.  Walkthrough for punch listing before hydrostatic test.  Witness of hydrotest and pneumatic test as per approved procedure and code specification and offering to the client/consultant to witness of test.
