• Interpretation of drawing and guiding the contractor to execute the work.
• Checking the fit-up of joints, arranging the resources.
• Selection and issues of require materials as per the drawing and code.
• Selection for standard support and fabrication of the same as per the drawing.
• Resolution of site problems and request.
• Ensure that the work is carried out as per standards, drawings, and maintaining the safety & quality.
• Make necessary piping execution documents.
• Supervise the work and give necessary clarification to contractors as required.
• Make day to day planning and monitor the progress at site.
• Arrange stage wise inspection as required and get clearance from competent authority.
• Scrutinize contractor’s bills and submit to site in charge.
• Arranging the activities like welder’s qualification test, hydro testing, pneumatics testing etc.
• Responsible for materials follow-up for continuous supply and smooth fabrication as well as erection.
• Appraise the client about progress and quality of work.
• Follow up of all non-conformance reports (NCR’s).
• Preparation of site engineering request.
• Preparation of inspection test packs and getting punch list clearance.
• Attending the daily tool box meeting in order to discuss the daily safety rule at site.
