• Responsible for inspecting of reinforcement and formwork Co-related Structures .
• Various kind of checklist such as DPR , DIR, RFI, Pile bore log checklist,Earth filling, Soil Back filling,Excavation,Pcc,Rcc Anti-termite treatment, Reinforcement Check List, Brick work, Plastering, Painting Work , Installation of doors, Grouting work, Waterproofing, Tiles & Floor, Material inward outward, Pre Pour and Post Pour card , Weekly 7 Monthly progress report, Cube test report, Material test report(10mm, 20mm , Sand ,Cement, Steel ) , Notice of Quality problem , Able to make ITP’s of different kind of work as per QAP, inspection and submitted to HO .
• Handling all kind of Concrete mix design related activities M25, M30 and Slump test, Temperature test, cube compressive strength test , Soil dry density test(core cutting) , Water Permeability test and maintaining all kind of relevant IS Standards to ensure proper utilization of Quality aspects .
• Responsible for making all kind of letters for source approval of material, External Testing and review all kind of related documents and also Third party report .
• Conduct calibration process of used equipment’s, machineries of both in-house, from External sources, and review all kind of related documents .
• Also maintaining Safety related docoments such as PEP Talk report ,Permit to work(PTW) ,Safety Observation & violation report.
