• Inspection of fit-up and welding joints as per quality standards • Preparation of site quality report and site action report. • Checking the reports of NDT (DPT, RT, UT), SR of welded joint • Inspection of pipeline routings & pipeline supports according to drawings. • Implementing the work schedule & monitoring the day-to-day progress of the work. • Preparing weekly / Monthly Reports for submission to Management. • Reporting to client on weekly and monthly basis regarding target achieved, future, backlog analysis and constraints. • Preparation of erection protocols. • Controlling all construction and commissioning activity of mechanical work. • Interacting with customer, contractors, and statutory authorities such as boiler inspector, factory inspector relating to mechanical work. • Maintaining materials records and materials follow up. • Reviewing the work done by the contractors and subordinate • Ensuring Quality and Safety at site, Follow up the work permit system. • Inspection of Heavy Equipment, Structure and Conveyor Line. • Inspection of shell alignment and fan and Blower and mill work. • Conduct ISO audit at site. • Assure and control the site quality of all Contractors. • Prepare all inspection protocol. • Maintain Welder Performance and Qualification Report.
