     Monitoring stage wise inspection in welding of P91 material (pre-heating, post heating )  Arranging PWHT (post weld heat treatment) requirement as per WPS.  Conducting PMI inspection in SS & Alloy steel material.  Reviewing Pwht chart and inspecting hardness of weld joint for alloy steel, caustic service line.  Purging monitoring with O2 analyzer for each and every but joint in SS &Alloy steel.  Pre fit up inspection for compound bevels verifying thickness using thickness gauge.  Witnessing MPI & DPT for weld joints, and plasma arc cutted alloy steel pipes.  Monitoring heat input for LTCS and alloy steel during welding with clamp meter.  Periodical training carried out to welders about the processes & techniques.  Conducting the welding procedure qualification tests & Preparing the welding documents: such as welder id card, certificate.  Establishing welding sequences for structures to avoid distortion.  Verifying Material test certificates for welding consumables & preparing IMIR.
