HSE work Profile: HSE Supervisor has to consider all the safety precautions & measures to avoid any possible accidents and consider the safety of employees of company in the working premises. Following are some measures to be considered,
• Daily safety inspection/check on the work site
• Daily/week/monthly safety audits to identify the hazards assess the situation and prevent the accident/incident.
• Scaffold inspection, lifting equipment inspection
• Audit of PPE, First aid and health program
• Daily work permits and other safety requirements
• Week/monthly return, tool box talks for the workers
• Safety induction & training program
• Electrical Inspection
• Excavation & confined space entry
• Inspection of electrical equipment, traffic & vehicle safety
• Housekeeping and other environmental safety
• Accommodation and camp safety
• Fire prevention and restricted smoking areas
• Safety posters and publications
• Safety working methods on the heights
• Circulating the recommendation of the accident/incident report to the concerned for implementation and risk Review of method statement assessment.
• Conducting weekly safety meeting / monthly safety committee
• Periodical inspections and audits to identify non-compliance and other adherence towards HSE standards
• Safety promoting/Motivational program
• Periodical inspection and certifications, HSE walk through reports
• Ensure safety induction training is given for all workmen working at the project site.
• Identifying the unsafe conditions, Un-safe actions and ensure the compliance of same within the agreed time lines.
