Quality control and Planning of works as per design & drawing. • Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly, reports on work progress & evaluating as per the planned schedules. • Checking the quality of RCC works such as foundations, columns, beams, walls and slabs etc. • Excellence in drawing Study. • Preparation of bar bending schedule, B.O.Q’s, sub-contractor bills and etc., • Maintaining proper Drawing & Document Records. • Handling the Reports as well as Contract documents of the project. • Involved in checking the rate analysis bills of sub-contractors and certifying the same in accordance with the contract and available SOR. • Managing optimum utilization of man power & tools and planning channels as per the project requirement. • Responsible for preparing the scope of work for the respective project. • Preparing and maintaining daily & monthly Labour reports & estimating Labour Productivity rate. • Supervision of the working labour to ensure strict conformance to methods, quality and safety. • Maintaining quality standards for all structural works. • Making Appropriate Plan of execution of different activities of work. • Study of the related documents such as drawings, Electrical drawings, plans etc. Sourav Chowdhury • Attending the client meeting regarding the status of work. • Maintaining Good Co-ordination with Manager’s & Site Engineers. • Preparation and implementation of QA/QC policies and procedures • Carry out audits for ISO 9001, 14001 and OHSAS 18001 and recommend the necessary corrective actions and measures • Monitor policies and procedures and report any areas where improvement is required • Assist the Project/Construction Managers in reviewing the contractor’s specific quality plans and produce recommendations • Ensure timely and effective resolution for QA or QC issues, in coordination with Construction Manager/Consultant/Department Head • Perform all daily inspection and test of the scope and character necessary to achieve the quality of construction required in the drawings and specifications for all works under the contract performed ON or OFF site.
