Stage & Final inspection of Forging, Casting, Fabricated, Machined components at
Outdoor/Vendor places as per Drawing, Customer/ Internal QAP and purchase order.
Stage & Final inspection of Fabricated & Machined components at L&T workshop as
per Drawing, Customer/ Internal QAP.
Dimensional and Functional Inspection of Different sizes & Types of Roller Screens,
Ring Granulator, DRC, Apron Feeder, Impactor, Jaw Crusher, sizer, TLC etc.
Conducting and witnessing of Ultrasonic Test, DP test, MPT Test as per ASME Sec. IX.
Witnessing of mechanical & chemical testing of raw materials and also witnessing of
various testing like pressure test, balancing test, leak test ctc. of machine
components.
Preparation of QAP (Quality Assurance Plan) and inspection procedure (dimension &
alignment procedure, No load run test procedure, Visual inspection procedure etc.) as
per the job & customer requirement.
I also engaged in vendor development programme / Vendor assessment programme
as per company’s job requirement as well as protocol to create new vendor base.
Documents preparation as per customer requirement.
Knowledge & practice of use of different types of measuring instruments like
Hardness Tester, sound level meter, tachometer, vibration analyzer, vernier-caliper,
micrometer, Gear-Tooth Vernier, Height Gauge, Use of Pie-Tape, Bore dial Gauge etc.
Co-ordinating for inspection with Customer/Third Party Inspection Agency.
Other office related works.
