➢ Inspection of Decanter, storage pumps, vertical pumps, Raw materials etc.
➢ Identification of NC & resolution of NC.
➢ Quality control document for consumable like electrodes, different gas use for fabrication etc
➢ Overall quality coordination with mechanical team.
➢ NDT
➢ Handling UT & RT team.
➢ Ensuring work as per QAP, Guiding supervisor, Site Engineer to perform work as per QAP
➢ Inspection of Blasting and painting(coating)
➢ Following ASME code , AWS code.

Conducting Trial Mix Design of various concrete mix & taken approval from the client for the
same. (Various Grade such as M50(TCC/SCC),M40(TCC/SCC), M30, M25,M20 etc.).
Batch qualification for different Admixtures/Chemicals.
Sampling & Testing of concrete ingredients.
Testing of fresh & hardened concrete.
Inspection & Clearance of RCC Structure & Finishing Work as per drawing.
Conduct QA/ QC tests on materials /inspection as per ITP Frequency.
Conducting & Monitoring all lab Activities.
Coordinating with management representative for early disposal of non- conformity
reports.
