Proctor & WMM Mix Design.
Bricks: Length, Breath, Height, and Water Absorption & Compressive Strength.
Aggregate: Gradation, A.I.V, Elongation & Flakiness, Specific Gravity & Water Absorption
etc.
Cement & Concrete: Cement Test (Fineness Test, Consistency of cement, Initial & Final
Setting Time, Specific Gravity, Compressive Strength of Cement Mortar Cube),
Compressive strength of concrete cube, flexural beam, aggregates, slump, moisture
correction of Batching Plant aggregates and any other frequency testing of concrete.
Fineness test of Cement (By Blaine Air Permeability), Setting Time of Concrete (By
Penetration Resistance), Air content of Concrete (By Air Entrainment Meter).
Mix Design of Different grades of Concrete (M15 to M60 Grade).
Mix Design & Testing of Self -Compacting Concrete as per IS Standards. Mix Design of
Concrete by Accelerated Curing Method.
Maintaining Grout Quality of Transverse, Longitudinal & Diagonal tendons of Precast
Segments.
FDD Testing: The Field Density Testing of Earth work, GSB, WMM, DBM, and BC works
to establish there and desired properties as per required frequency of MORT&H
specifications.
