Doing feasibility assessments and site inspection.
Preparing and implementing project plans.
Monitoring and optimizing safety procedure, production process and regularly compliance.
Making recommendations or presenting alternative solution to problems.
Confidently liaising clients and other professional subcontractors.
Responsible for completion the project within schedule time.
Ensure implementation of QA throughout project lifecycle as well as performed inspection and testing to confirm
quality standard in QC process to reduce reworks during execution and minimize cost of external testing.
Coordination with other departments like planning, billing and execution to ensure project completion within
schedule time.
Responsible for preparation of bill of quantities and tender documents.
Working with different contractor for execution of various civil/structural jobs at site.
Making good relation with client and contractor
