QC ENGINEER
2022-04-12 - Presently working
Quality control in civil works like testing of materials. Testing of Concrete,
Batching Plant Operation & Control. Field inspection of site activities like
foundations, Column & Beams etc and also experience in QA activities.
2. To check the quality of all the materials (cement, sand, aggregates, and
brick, concrete) received on site & prepare quality report.
3. Inspection of works at site and assure that they are being executed as per QC
Procedure, project specification and standards.
4. Control of Batching plant operation and Testing of Incoming materials.
5. Checking and verifying the materials and its test results.
6. Preparing site observation reports and non-conformance (NCR) reports.
7. Witnessing of Field testing like Compaction test, slump test, cube test, brick test etc.

8. Inspection of all formwork and Reinforcement steel work as per standard.
9. Inspection of spacing of chairs & spacers, cover blocks, Reinforcement steel, lapping in
reinforcement, check weather proper covers are provided in the columns, beams, slab
as per specification given in design & drawing.
10.Field inspections & pour card clearance.
