    Maintaining documents related to tests in a systematic manner as per ISO 9001:2015.  Testing of incoming materials as per standard procedures.  Conducting Concrete & Asphalt mix trials to achieve a economic, workable and durable mix.  Responsible for conducting routine tests related to Soil, Concrete including DLC & PQC, GSB (with aggregate & slag), WMM, Asphalt, CTSB, CTB, Cement, Emulsions, Bitumen etc. as per standards & specifications.  Calibration of plants (HMP, WMM & Batching Plant) and testing instruments.  Calibration of laboratory equipment’s within regular intervals.  Preparation of work methodologies and getting approval from clients.  Identification of borrow areas for earthworks.  Monitoring RFIs and get approval from AE for Billing.  Sub-contractors billing for lab & plant area.  Maintaining cordial relationship with the Clients, Staffs & Consultants for the smooth run of the project.
