My work role is define as -  Daily routine test as per ITP.  Lining and Water proofing Membrane Tests as per Requirement.  Raising RFI for all QC work.  Maintain record as per frequency (Soft and Hard Copy Both).  Maintain Daily production Report.  Grout Design as Per CA.  Third Party Test Material Collecting as Per ITP & CA.  Monthly Quality Report Submission.  Involvement in Site Trial related Shotcrete, SDA SN Swellex Rock Bolt.  Laboratory all machine calibration Record Maintain.  Making PPT of QA & QC Work
